Jewellery Care

To reduce tarnish, it is advisable to store jewellery in its box, a pouch or airtight bag. Jewellery should be removed before showering, swimming etc. Apply hair products, toiletries or perfume before putting on jewellery.

Your jewellery can be cleaned using tepid water, dish soap and a soft brush, then buffed dry. Oxidised and gold plated pieces should not need anything more.

Silver dip, polish or silver cloths can be used following the manufacturers instructions. Oxidised and gold-plated jewellery should not cleaned with these.

We do not use very soft or porous gemstones in our jewellery, however it is still best not to submerge them in silver dip. Silver dip can be applied around the stones using a cotton bud or small brush and then washed off in the usual way.
