Delivery

Your jewellery will arrive in a black keepsake jewellery box. The black delivery box and tissue paper are fully recyclable and we do not use any plastic tape.

Most items are made to order which can take several weeks. This is mainly due to Hallmarking - a legal requirement. Rings take longer than other items due to sizing.

We offer free delivery worldwide.

• UK delivery will be Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed

• Ireland delivery will be by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. There are currently no taxes or duties imposed when buying from Northern Ireland.

For the Rest of the World delivery is by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Some countries may impose taxes and import duties so it is best o check with your local authority before purchase.

Refunds and Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Please contact us directly by e-mail or phone.

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Return postage is at your own cost.
